Re: A successful recipe for accountability in your small business

I agree with your comments about accountability, and would take them even one step further. I find that accountability is really about each of us being accountable to ourselves. How do we want to show up in the world? How do we want to be seen? As a business owner, I find that when I am being highly accountable, it's easier to ask this of other people.
