Rey,
Thank you for sharing your insight on how to continue the success of a partnership. I agree wholeheartedly with your points that the partners will want to continue the open and honest dialog, focusing on who and how additional and new roles will be filled as the partnership undergoes changes with time. This is true of any business, and partners have a huge advantage over single owner businesses, if they do trust each other and they are clear and honest with each other, towards the common success of the partnership. They can easily adapt the conditions of the partnership through common support to recognize new duties that need to be completed and to determine the best people to perform them, whether one or more of the partners, or others. When the right partners work together under the right structure with the same common goals, partnership successes are virtually assured.
Obviously you and your partners have fulfilled all of these criteria and have been enjoying not only the journey but also the bounty from your successes. You deserve it.
