It's almost been a week since New Year's.  Did you set the same old goals as years past?  Have you already forgotten them?  Or are you still working on making them clear and specific?  Here are some questions that I use to begin my annual planning process.  Perhaps they will help you too!

1.  What was great about 2005?  What do I want more of in 2006?

2.  What do I want less of in 2006?

3.  What new do I want in 2006?

4.  What do I want physically (for example: material things, health, etc.)?

5.  What do I want emotionally (feelings, passion, love)?

6.  What do I want mentally (to learn, to express)?

7.  What do I want spiritually (service, peace, joy)?

8.  What do I want to achieve in my career?

9.  What do I want to achieve in my relationships?

After answering these quesstions, chose three-to-five items that are the most urgent and important.  Start developing plans to make them happen today.
