Marti, age 36, came to The Coach Connection, having just resigned from her high-pressure position as a computer consultant. In the past she’d held a variety of diverse positions from CPA, to editor and publisher, and manager a small retail business. She had also attended law school. Mardi had trouble saying “No.” Because she had extended herself in all areas of her life she wanted a coach to help her, once and for all, find her “Ideal Income Position” while maintaining a balanced life. Mardi had many interests outside of work and she wanted time to enjoy them. Work/life balance was something she had always dreamed of, but up to this point it had eluded her.
After working with her TCC Coach over a five-month period, Marti achieved her goals. She found a whole new career joyously, and her life changed dramatically. Here is what Marti told us:

can’t thank you enough. I feel like I am well on the path to
reaching my goals. Things really seem to have taken on a life of
their own and are moving forward in a direction I am really happy
with. I cannot tell you how much your support has meant over the
past several months. I truly feel like a new person. For
the first time in a long time, I am happy and very optimistic about the
future. I believe I have the tools to go out and make my dreams
