Kevin, age 47, came to The Coach Connection seeking a career change. After working for a government research laboratory in various positions, he wanted to get back into the public sector. Here's what Kevin had to say about his coaching experience:

"My coach was able to assist me in identifying and prioritizing my needs and wants for my next career move. She also provided valuable assistance in "keeping me on track". It was great to be able to work the strategic issues AND the tactic issues (such as salary negotiation) with her."

"I view this position as a key stepping stone to achieving my long-term career goals. She was instrumental in helping me put together these long-term career goals."
What did you like about working with TCC and your TCC Coach?
"I liked the approach that TCC used upfront. They selected three great coaches, and most importantly, recommended how I should go about the evaluation process. This guidance was very useful.
My coach was a great sounding board and worked well with an "analytical type" like myself. She had tools that helped me in developing strategy and prioritizing my job leads. I also especially appreciated the email support. This method enabled me to keep her up to date, especially when things started moving quickly. Our telephone calls were extremely productive and I felt that she was up to speed on the latest events."
