Today I'm happy to share another life coaching success story.
Brent
was a 40-year-old retired Naval officer with two graduate degrees and
another in process. He called The Coach Connection because he had
been looking for work for many months without success and admitted he
had completed hundreds of online job applications. He came to
coaching very frustrated because he could not understand why someone
would not hire him with his vast experience and education. After
two cycles of coaching, Brent had this to say about his coaching
experience:
“Working
with my TCC Member Coach through the Coach Connection was a very
rewarding experience for me. My initial goal was to find a career
and land a position that was meaningful to me. My TCC Member
Coach helped me find a job with a large multinational organization
where I can use my unique skills helping people across the globe.
She helped me overcome my preconceived limitations to finding
meaningful work in my organization of choice.
This
gave me an outstanding sense of accomplishment. I was in an
awkward predicament, trying to fulfill everyone else's dreams but my
own. This was about discovering myself and what drives me.
I
really liked the forthright character, confidence, and focus of my
coach. TCC and my coach made me look at my life in a whole new
perspective. In the words of William Shakespeare, "Strong reasons
make strong actions." I have very strong reasons and principles
for finding employment that I enjoy. My TCC Member Coach worked
with me to take the appropriate actions and overcome many hurdles in my
professional and personal life. She was a superb coach and she
has my strongest recommendation.
My
TCC Member Coach had a sincere interest in me and my dreams. She
made me look at my life and career in a whole new perspective. I
am very satisfied with My TCC Coach and The Coach Connection.”
